I needed to get 9" asbestos tile and black mastic removed from my basement prior to selling my house. I talked to Mario on Friday and got a quick quote. I usually try to get a 2nd quote, but the other guys never even called me back. … More Mario's quote was right in the middle of what I expected it to be, so it seemed very reasonable.
My wife and I made a counteroffer on the house that night, and it got accepted the next morning. One of the terms was getting this stuff out. So on Saturday morning I called Mario. 8 hours after a Saturday morning call, Mario had a team there in full gear taking care of the problem. Another visit on Sunday to wrap up; a visit on Monday morning to finish and verify; and it's over!
Everything was done 3 days after the first call. I didn't have to deal with it myself, and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Mario was easy and his crew moves fast. I hope to not deal with this again, but I will call Mario if I do. It's hard to find people that get the job done this fast and easy. Thanks Mario! I appreciate it. This will make the sale a lot easier. -
